For consumers using a smartphone that supports NFC function to purchase the Race Pass, just install the Octopus App before purchase. The system will automatically redirect to the App during checkout, then tap the Octopus Card to pay.

For consumers using a non-smartphone device (such as a computer/tablet) to purchase a Race Pass, a smartphone with Octopus App that supports the NFC function is required. Then use the Octopus App to scan the payment QR Code displayed on the screen during checkout, and then tap the Octopus Card to pay.

1. What is the use of the Race Pass?
Race Pass includes a certain amount of race credit that can be used for any spending at all events organized by TerraX Sports, including entry fees, products add-on , etc.

2. How long does the Race Pass last?
Depending on the type of Race Pass, the validity period ranges from one to three years, starting from the first day of use. All Race Passes issued in 2023 must be activated on or before December 31, 2023.

3. How to use the Race Pass?
After successfully purchasing a Race Pass, you will receive a Race Pass ID via email within five working days, and you will also receive a dedicated registration link for Race Pass users for each event. Simply fill in the Race Pass ID when registering and the relevant spendings will be automatically deducted from the Race Pass.

4. How to purchase a Race Pass?

5. Is there a purchase limit for the Race Pass?
There is no purchase limit for the Race Pass, but both Platinum and Gold Race Pass are limited products available on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. What store value facilities are accepted?
Only Octopus is accepted for the first phase of Race Pass. AlipayHK, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK will be available soon.

7. What are the differences between enrolling with the Race Pass and the normal entry?
